Craft Kit FAQs
Each craft kit includes the materials needed to create a special handmade gift for Santa Claus, along with easy-to-follow instructions. Contents vary by kit, so please see the individual product listing for exactly what is included.
Our craft kits are designed to be enjoyed with adult supervision. Please follow all instructions and safety warnings included with your kit. Acrylic paint may stain, so please take extra precaution to protect clothing and surfaces.
Most of what you need is included. Depending on the project, a few common household items such as parchment paper, a straw, a cup of water, paper towels, or something to protect your work surface may be helpful. Check your kit instructions before getting started.
Families are welcome to create together, but if each child would like to make their own gift for Santa, we recommend one kit per child.

In-stock orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. During the busy holiday season, processing may take a little longer.

Preorders may be canceled before they have entered the fulfillment process. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need assistance.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, occasional shipping delays can occur. Please check your tracking information first. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or you believe your package may be lost, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns & Refunds FAQs
We want you to love your purchase. Unused and unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive as expected. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us before returning anything so we can assist you.
